Need help from “green universal”?

I am 50 y/o female, I worked since age13, I raised a child on my own and am now caring for my elderly mother…I have a serious eye condition..I lost my home due to this..I am not asking for “handouts” but I would like some info on how I could possible have a “green efficient” small A-Frame home (800 +/- sq feet) I hope that there are some programs or something out there that could help me..this would also get the public to think about energy efficient homes for everyones future.

That’s not a lot to ask, I would hope you have a lawyer working on SS disability or already have it. Looking quickly it appears that alot of this type of assistance is local in nature.
